Hate to say this but, to me, is the sort of “Self-Help” book which is only published to help the authors bank balance and not it’s readers. Stutz and Michels want to make your life exceptional—in its resiliency, its productivity, and its experience of real happiness.

Not sure what ghe of psychology I’d put Phil Stutz in, but– and mind you, I’m only half way through– it’s already made me think and re-think some big stuff and I’m guessing this approach might work for me. I have the michwls respect for the past. The explanations in this book are clear and concise so that they can be applied mihels readers with ease. Just as they say in the book, don’t bother if you are just looking for “magic” or a “quick fix”.
